These Terms of Service govern your use of the Flower Essence Academy website, floweressenceacademy.com, including its subdomains and associated web-based services (collectively, the “Website”). The Website is owned and operated by Linda Nurra, LLC, doing business as Flower Essence Academy (“Flower Essence Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines posted on the Website (collectively, the “Terms”), constitute an agreement between you and Linda Nurra, LLC concerning your use of the Website and the services offered through it. We may update these Terms from time to time. Any revised Terms will be posted on the Website with an updated effective date.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Website.
Definitions
A “User” is any individual who accesses or uses the Website or registers for or participates in a course, program, community, or other service offered through Flower Essence Academy.
Our “Services” include courses, programs, retreats, mentoring, educational activities, online communities, and other services offered through Flower Essence Academy.
“Content” includes the text, course or program materials, workbooks, graphics, illustrations, photographs, audio, video, recordings, downloads, and other materials made available through the Website or our Services.
1. Use of Website
Flower Essence Academy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Website and its Content for your personal and lawful use, in accordance with these Terms.
You may access, download, or print Content only where such use is made available or expressly permitted by Flower Essence Academy. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, publish, modify, sell, commercially exploit, or otherwise use Content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with the prior written permission of Linda Nurra, LLC.
Access to courses, programs, course materials, recordings, and online communities is limited to the individual registered participant and may not be shared with others.
2. Intellectual Property
The Website and its original content, including course or program materials, workbooks, videos, recordings, graphics, illustrations, photographs, text, and other educational materials created or provided by Flower Essence Academy, are owned by Linda Nurra, LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Flower Essence Academy and the names, logos, and other branding associated with its programs and services may not be used in a manner that suggests affiliation with, endorsement by, or authorization from Flower Essence Academy without prior written permission.
Course or program materials are provided solely for the personal use of registered participants. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, published, uploaded, sold, used to create derivative educational materials, or used to teach or provide training to others without the prior written permission of Linda Nurra, LLC.
Nothing in these Terms grants Users any ownership interest in or license to use the intellectual property of Linda Nurra, LLC or Flower Essence Academy except for the limited personal use expressly permitted under these Terms.
3. External Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, resources, products, or services. These links are provided for informational purposes and convenience only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the inclusion of a link does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, sponsorship, or affiliation by Flower Essence Academy.
Flower Essence Academy does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, privacy practices, or policies of third-party websites. Your use of third-party websites and services is subject to their own terms and policies and is at your own discretion and risk.
4. Legal Compliance
You agree to use the Website and Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and with these Terms.
Flower Essence Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website, courses, programs, online communities, or other Services if a User violates these Terms, engages in unlawful activity, or uses the Website or Services in a manner that may harm Flower Essence Academy or other Users.
5. Educational and Professional Disclaimer
Flower Essence Academy provides educational programs and information relating to flower essence therapy and its professional application. The Website, courses, programs, Content, and other Services are provided for educational purposes and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Participation in a Flower Essence Academy course or program does not confer medical or other healthcare licensure or, by itself, authorize a participant to engage in activities that require professional licensure. Participants may use their education only within the scope permitted by applicable laws, regulations, professional licenses, certifications, or other credentials.
Participants are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws, regulations, ethical standards, scope-of-practice requirements, and disclosure requirements applicable to their own professional activities and jurisdiction.
Information provided through Flower Essence Academy is not intended to replace advice or care from a qualified healthcare professional. Users should make healthcare decisions in consultation with appropriately qualified healthcare professionals when such care is needed.
6. No Warranties or Guarantees
Flower Essence Academy makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate, current, and reliable Content, products, and Services. However, the Website, Content, courses, programs, products, and other Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Flower Essence Academy does not guarantee that the Website or Services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical problems, or that Content will remain available indefinitely, except where a specific period of access has been expressly stated for a purchased course or program.
Participation in Flower Essence Academy courses and programs does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, business, or client outcome.
Product warranties, if any, will be those expressly provided in connection with the particular product or required by applicable law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Linda Nurra, LLC, doing business as Flower Essence Academy, and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Website, Content, courses, programs, products, or other Services, or your inability to access or use them.
Users and participants remain responsible for their own decisions and actions and for how they apply information or educational Content provided through the Website, courses, programs, or other Services within their personal or professional activities. Flower Essence Academy does not guarantee or assume responsibility for outcomes resulting from such decisions, actions, or applications.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Linda Nurra, LLC arising from or relating to a paid course, program, product, or other Service will not exceed the amount paid by the User to Linda Nurra, LLC for the specific course, program, product, or Service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Website, Content, courses, programs, products, or other Services will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the state and federal courts located in Santa Barbara County, California, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it in the future.
9. Changes to These Terms
These Terms are effective as of September 18, 2026. Flower Essence Academy may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, practices, or legal requirements. Revised Terms will be posted on the Website with an updated effective date.
Material changes that substantially affect an existing paid enrollment may also be communicated directly to affected participants.
Your continued use of the Website or Services after revised Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Participation, Community Conduct & Confidentiality
Certain Flower Essence Academy courses and programs include opportunities to participate in live classes, discussions, online communities, and other shared learning spaces. Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally and in a manner that supports a constructive learning environment.
Live classes are recorded by Flower Essence Academy, and full recordings are made available to registered participants in the same course or program. By attending a live class, you acknowledge that your name, voice, image, and contributions will appear in the recording available to your cohort. Excerpts shared outside the course or program will not include any participant.
Participants may not engage in harassment, abusive or discriminatory conduct, intentional disruption, or other behavior that materially interferes with the learning experience or wellbeing of others.
Participants must respect the privacy and confidentiality of information shared in connection with a Flower Essence Academy course or program, including during live classes, discussions, demonstrations, case presentations, online communities, and other learning activities. Personal information, experiences, comments, images, recordings, case material, or other information shared by another participant may not be recorded, reproduced, shared, or distributed outside the course or program without that person's permission.
When discussing clients or cases for educational purposes, participants are responsible for protecting client confidentiality and for complying with any privacy, ethical, or professional obligations applicable to their own practice. Personally identifying client information should not be shared in Academy classes, communities, course materials, or other learning spaces.
11. Refunds & Cancellation
All cancellation and refund requests must be sent via email to info@floweressenceacademy.com.
Mentoring
24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of individual mentoring sessions. Missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will be charged at the full rate.
Students may request a refund of fees paid for an individual mentoring session within 14 days of the session.
Courses
For live courses and programs, you may cancel your registration at any time before the first live session. Tuition will be refunded less any nonrefundable payment processing fees.
From the first live session onward, tuition is nonrefundable. If you are unable to continue, you may transfer your place once to the next scheduled cohort of the same course, provided you request the transfer before the third live session. Transfers are subject to availability.
For self-paced or evergreen courses or programs, cancellations may be requested within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, course or program fees are nonrefundable. Linda Nurra, LLC reserves the right to deny refunds when a substantial portion of the course or program, as determined at our discretion, has been accessed, consumed, or downloaded.
Access to course or program materials, recordings, and the learning community ends when a cancellation, refund, or transfer is processed.
Exceptions to this policy may be made at our discretion in cases of serious illness, bereavement, or comparable circumstances.
Eligibility
Certain courses or programs have professional eligibility requirements, which are stated on the course or program page. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements. Flower Essence Academy may verify eligibility at any time, before or after a course or program begins.
Registrations that do not meet the eligibility requirements will be cancelled. If the cancellation occurs before the first live session, tuition will be refunded less any nonrefundable payment processing fees. If the cancellation occurs after the course or program has begun, tuition for sessions not yet delivered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, less any nonrefundable payment processing fees. Where an appropriate alternative course or program is available, we may instead offer to transfer your registration and credit your tuition toward it.
Continuing education credits and practitioner certificates are issued only to participants who meet the eligibility requirements of the course or program.
If a participant knowingly misrepresents their eligibility, Flower Essence Academy may remove them from the course or program without refund.
A participant whose access to a course, program, or learning community is terminated for a serious violation of these Terms is not entitled to a refund on that basis.
If Flower Essence Academy cancels a course or program, enrolled students will receive a full refund of tuition paid.
Payment Plans
When a course or program is purchased using a payment plan, the participant is agreeing to pay the full course or program tuition. A payment plan is an installment arrangement and not a month-to-month subscription. Withdrawal from a course or program does not cancel remaining installment payments except where a refund is available under the cancellation policy above.
If a scheduled payment is unsuccessful, Flower Essence Academy may suspend access to course materials, recordings, live sessions, and the learning community until the account is brought current.
12. Certificates and Professional Recognition
Certificates of completion or practitioner certificates may be awarded for certain Flower Essence Academy courses or programs upon fulfillment of the requirements specified for that course or program.
A certificate issued by Flower Essence Academy documents successful completion of the applicable educational course or program. It does not constitute a professional license or authorization to practice any regulated profession or healthcare discipline.
Flower essence therapy is not a licensed profession in the United States. Completion of a course or program, or receipt of a certificate, does not expand or alter the scope of practice associated with any professional license, certification, or qualification a participant may already hold.
Where continuing education credit or other professional recognition is offered, eligibility and requirements will be stated on the applicable course or program page. Participants are responsible for determining whether a course, program, or certificate meets the requirements of their own licensing, certification, professional, or regulatory organization.
13. Course or Program Changes and Availability
Flower Essence Academy reserves the right to make reasonable changes to course or program content, schedules, instructors, delivery methods, or other details when necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants of material changes that affect their participation.
Course and program availability, dates, instructors, and other details are subject to change. If Flower Essence Academy cancels a course or program, refunds will be provided in accordance with the Refunds & Cancellation policy above.
14. Suspension or Termination of Access
Flower Essence Academy may suspend or terminate a User's access to the Website, courses, programs, materials, or learning communities when the User violates these Terms, fails to make required payments, or engages in conduct that materially interferes with the rights, safety, or learning experience of others.
Suspension or termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before access ended, including payment obligations where applicable.
