Flower Essence Academy does not ordinarily receive or store complete credit or debit card numbers when payments are processed through third-party payment processors.

When you join our learning platform, your name, profile photo, and any profile details you choose to add are visible to instructors and to other participants in the courses and communities you belong to. Your email address is not displayed to other participants. Information you choose to share in live classes, discussions, online communities, or other shared learning spaces may be visible to instructors and other participants. Participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of information shared in these settings in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Live classes and other live sessions are recorded. Because these classes are live and interactive, recordings include the names, voices, images, questions, comments, and chat messages of the participants who attend. Full recordings are made available through our learning platform only to participants registered in the same course or program, for the period during which they have access to it.

Flower Essence Academy may occasionally share short excerpts from a recording publicly, for example on social media. Any excerpt shared outside the course or program will feature the instructor only and will not include the image, voice, name, or comments of any participant.

Third-party platforms process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and practices. We encourage you to review the privacy information provided by platforms you use in connection with Flower Essence Academy services.

Flower Essence Academy may send you email communications related to courses, programs, mentoring, purchases, accounts, transactions, or other services you have requested. Our learning platform, located at learn.floweressenceacademy.com, is hosted by a third-party course and community platform provider. That provider uses its own cookies and similar technologies on the learning platform, for example to keep you signed in, protect your account, remember your settings, and process payments securely. The cookie banner and the description of Google Analytics in this section apply to floweressenceacademy.com. Cookies used on the learning platform are governed by that provider’s own privacy and cookie policies.

Flower Essence Academy does not use cookies for behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We do not use third-party advertising technologies to track visitors across unrelated websites.

The Website does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Flower Essence Academy does not sell personal information.
